Jewelry Symposium

Don't miss the unique jewelry exhibition, which is open to the public from July 2 to September 13, 2020 in the Miloš Alexander Bazovský Gallery in Trenčín.

The exhibition of works by participants in jewelry symposia from 1990 to the present balances years of intensive organizational and creative work not only of authors of international composition, but also curators (Ágnes Schramm, Viera Kleinová, Erna Masarovičová, Mária H. Nepšinská, Kristýna Španihelová). The exhibition project will offer a selection of more than 100 jewelery and objects from the collection of the AURA Jewelers' Association. The format of the exhibition will present a wide range of artifacts of various scales (from miniature jewelry to an object), created from a variety of materials from precious metals to paper, porcelain, plastic, plaster and the like. At the same time, it introduces the viewer to the endless potential of authorial approaches and opinions presented through works in the field of contemporary jewelry.
