The spa park was founded in 1873 by the management of the baths, and an artificial lake (Swan Lake), which originally served as a swimming pool, was built on the territory of the Teplička River. Not only is the area of the park (18 hectares), but also the number of unique trees in the park. On the isle of the lake, we find a protected tree of a thousand-two-year-old, which is popular with the wilderness environment. Interesting tree is also a small biennial lea, but grows also tulip tulip flower, platanes, metasekvoje, gledíčie and many other foreign woods.
