The most beautiful torch of Slovakia 2018

Do you have the pleasure of baking, decorating and would you like to commend your product to a professional jury and to the public? Do not hesitate to join the traditional competition for the most beautiful cake in Slovakia!

What will be evaluated? Originality, imaginativeness, precision, use of modern elements, multiple decoration technologies, fashion trends, good taste and color finishing, overall impression, time keeping, cleanliness - adherence to hygienic principles, presentation. Each product must have a brief written description. It is forbidden to use non-edible parts and polystyrene pedestals. Drines are only allowed if they are used to model floral arrangements and placed on a cake so they are hygienically suited, not caked into the cake! Cakes will be evaluated by an expert certified commission according to the guidelines of the WACS worldwide.

Contest conditions: Competitors prepare and bring a cake weighing 3 kg up to a maximum of 10 kg. From the same material, prepare 2 small pieces of dessert (rusk, dessert up to 50g / piece) for taste evaluation. An opportunity: any, imagination is not allowed.
