The Center for Traditional Culture in Myjav invites you to the 13th International Meeting of Kiosks

The international meeting of kšikary in Rudník, connected with the exhibition of non-traditional products from wand, as well as competition for non-traditional product or wound curiosity. The event features a wicker school, creative workshops, a documentary, and a rich cultural program. Part of the event will be the documentary film SLAMIENKAR on the last living producer of stalks in Vrbovce. The film, through the expression of the producer Ján Patinka, portrays the image of his life, as it disappears from the local Slavonic tradition, but also the present forms of the transfer of slamenkarian skills and the possibilities of using this craft at present. In the document, non-violent form of technology is also introduced for the production of strands and the production instrument.
