On July 21, you can commemorate the anniversary of the birth of the greatest Slovak, scientist, soldier, politician, diplomat, French general and native of Košice, Milan Rastislav Štefánik, right in his birthplace.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, the Slovak National Museum, the Church Choir of the ECAV Košariská-Priepasné and the village of Košariská are preparing celebrations of the 141st anniversary of the birth of MR Štefánik with a traditional program. The event will take place on July 21, 2021, starting at 2 p.m. The celebrations will begin with a ceremonial act of laying wreaths, which will end with a tour of the new exhibition in the birthplace of MR Štefánik in Košarisky.
