Creativa Markets Initiative

From October 11 to 13, Trenčín will once again be a city of fashion. For this weekend, the Peace Square will belong to the Creativa Initiative, which is the name of a project that will entertain not only the authors but also the audience. All submitted creations will now be available at the sales exhibition, which will begin on Friday, October 11th. from 13:30 on Mierovo námestí. Apart from the fact that the jury chose the winners, even the 30 most inspiring creations will be awarded. The proceeds from the sale will go to a good cause and go to people in need. However, other handmade products will also be available at the sales exhibition. A varied cultural program for all ages and quality traditional as well as sweet snacks will also take care of the entertainment.

On Saturday from 14:00, there will again be a varied program for children performed by Šaš Jara, and a group of Paľa Drapák will perform for adults. Everyone who buys a handmade product at the stalls will receive a lottery ticket and on Saturday can play for valuable prizes: a weekend wellness stay, coffee maker, pillows and other interesting prizes.

The last day of the Creativa Initiative will end at Trenčín Castle with workshops for the public, make-up for ladies, or an exhibition of Slovak folk costumes and costumed dolls. In Trenčín, visitors can expect three days full of fun, culture, traditions, but especially the skills of Slovak girls and women.
