The cottage is located on the ridge of the marked tourist route in Strážovské vrchy, 7 km above the village Kšinná, between Suchý vrch (1,028 m) and Čierny vrch (997 m). Ski lift in the village of Závada below Čierny vrch.

Reconstructed hunting lodge with a capacity of 9 people. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, gas stove), toilet, shower. Upstairs 3-bedded room. In the cottage there is electricity and hot water. Outside is an outbreak. Possibility to stay with a dog. In the winter season with a snow cover of more than 15 cm, the cottage is not in operation.
