Our daily bread

On Saturday, August 28, 2021, the walls of Beckov Castle will be flooded with a delicious aroma and taste of bread.

During the event, which will take place in cooperation with the Polish Club in Slovakia, you will be able to taste the traditional Polish soup Žurek, fresh sourdough bread, learn the art of fermentation and learn about other traditional crafts. There is a bread and creative workshop for children.

13.00 h How is sourdough bread made? (lectured by Kváskulienka)

14.00 h presentation of traditional Polish crafts
