On Saturday, April 27, in less than 3 hours, you will try not only the group exercise GO FIT (CARDIO CONCEPT, BODYWORKOUT, STRETCHING), but also BAX® - bodyART® CROSS or power yoga.
Healthy and tasty meals will be prepared for you, as well as a unique opportunity to order sportswear from the Designed for Fitness Slovakia brand.
The exercises will be divided into hours. There will be 25 minutes between each hour. breaks for changing, rest, water. The first thing is with Iva / go Fit! training /, the second with Dia -BAX, and the last with Alou / power yoga /.
