Exhibition RESISTANCE

Do you like to learn about history through interesting exhibitions? In that case, this is exactly what is for you! To mark the anniversary of the SNP, a new name exhibition ODBOJ is open in the premises of the SNR Museum.

The exhibition will introduce visitors to the difficult period of 1939 - 1945, especially in the context of how world events affected the local specifics and attitudes of the population of the Podjavorinsko-Podbradliansko region. It maps the social preconditions for the origin and importance of the partisan movement, and through the objects it tries to revive the atmosphere of the time, which very often placed extreme physical and mental demands on the inhabitants. The concept of the exhibition is based on a chronological sequence, while the most important aspects of the regional resistance will be presented.
