Horomil festival

Horomil Fest, a festival of mountains and travel, takes place in the premises of the Kina Mier in Považská Bystrica every year during midsummer. It is slowly but surely "growing up", which is also confirmed by the fact that this year will be the 15th year in a row.

And what can you look forward to?

- for two films by Pavel Barabáš - Mountain Leader and Great Canyon. The second one will be in the festival premiere

- on the traveler MARTINA NAVRÁTIL, who became the first Slovak to cross Antarctica on foot and reach the South Pole

- to the stand-up comedian, actor and presenter JURAJ ŠOK TABAČEK, whose head is cleared by rock climbing

- for two cats and successful Slovak representatives in biathlon, sisters PAULÍNA AND IVONA FIALKOVÁ

- to the former professional fitness woman with the titles of World and European Champion, SONJA KOPČOKOVA, who fell into long-distance running and sets ultramarathon records

- to the top Slovak climber MARTIN KRASŇANSKÉ, who, among other things, is dedicated to mapping the history of Tatra climbing

- to Považsko-Bystrica, JAKUBA DEMÁČKA, who has skied on all seven continents

- to the guys from the TRANS-CARPATIA ADVENTURE RALLY project, who created an unconventional, orienteering rally where you and your car will have a hard time, and you'll still like it
