Meteoric Expedition Kykula 2018

Trenčianske osvetové stredisko Trenčín and Professor Alojz Cvacha's Observatory at the Trenčianska Univezita Alexandra Dubčeka in Trenčín invite you to the METEORICAL EXPEDITION KYKULA 2018, which will take place in Kykula, near the old school on the state border. The program is recognizing the night sky, observing astronomical telescopes and watching meteoric swarms Perzeida, Delta Aquariums. The observation takes place within the international program of the International Meteor Organization.

Shipping Options to Place of Delivery:

• Car with participants in the expedition (after the agreement on tel .: 0904 469 389).
• By bus line Trenčín - Chocholná-Velčice, Kykula: at the stop Chocholná-Velčice, shore. get off. From there, right along the road, about 4 km around the old school to the state border with the Czech Republic. On the Slovak side (go left) the state border about 500 m to the place of observation.
• By bus line Trenčín - Drietoma at Drietoma stop, the basin at the state border. From here on the way 1/50 turn to the village Vyškovec. Go through the village Vyškovec, asphalt road to the Slovak side. At the border, turn right. After about 500 meters go to the Slovak side of the state border. You can also drive by these routes
