By train to Čachtice castle

!WARNING WARNING! Already this Saturday, July 11, 2020, the Bathory tourist train will start running from the square below Čachtice Castle and back to the square.

The fare is divided as follows:

Children up to 3 years - free

Pensioners, children under 15, students and disabled - € 3.00

Adults - € 5.00

Family ticket (parents + 1-4 children) - € 13.00

For the time being, the train will run at hourly intervals throughout the weekend.

The first ride will take place on Saturday 11.7.2020 at 9.00. Further rides will follow at hourly intervals, the last ride from the square will take place at 17.00. Boarding and disembarking will be on the square in Čachtice near the statue of Alžbeta Bathory and under Čachtice Castle. The road from the village to the castle will be on 11.7. and 12.7. from 6.00 am for motor vehicles closed.
