Festival Žákovic open

The picturesque surroundings of Bošácká dolina in Trenčianske Bohuslavice will once again be resounded by the bands of the Slovak music scene on July 28-29, 2023. This friendly and family festival will take place for the 23rd time

Several famous names will perform at the festival on Friday and Saturday. The audience can look forward to the long-awaited band HORKÍŽE SLÍŽE for the first time, but the strong line-up also includes ULTRAZVUK with Zuzana Mikulcová, HEX, PARA, TORNADO LUE, CPT. SLICE, DRUŽINA, VAMPIROS LEGENDARIOS, CHIKI LIKI TU-A, MRS. ELVIS PUDDING, WOMAN FROM LESOPARK, JOSEPH STEINECKER, RANDOM CHOICES, BRAŇO DJ, or POKYMAN + DJ SIMPLE SAMPLE.

The special program will be completed by an exceptional several-hour set of Meky Žbirek's compositions called MEKY NAVEKY, which will be played on vinyl records by his longtime manager Rado Mešša.

The 23rd year of the festival offers a novelty in the so-called program. Conversations on a swing with Kristína Tormová, during which there will be interesting debates on current topics related to the environment, such as a story about green roofs with Branislav Siklienko, about respect for the soil with Michal Roháč, a debate about bears with Soňa Kopčoková, but also an interview with YX and Vlad Králik about the festival and cooperation with PD Bošáca.

The ŽÁKOVIC OPEN family festival does not forget the children's audience either, for whom a Saturday program will be prepared with the popular Notová Danny.

As in previous years, visitors will have free tent village and parking available. There is also the Extra tent village, which is located right in the area and offers various benefits.
