CK EPIC Dohňany - Cycling club with a long tradition and a successful organizer of the European Championship for Mountain Biking, stages of the Tour de Pologne and many other cycling events prepared for you the 1st year of the ŠKODA Dohňany Púchov Trophy marathon, where all cyclists and not only the bikers will come To yours. The trails will take you around the surrounding countryside, weighs, singeltracks, meadows and part of the beautiful stretches of the famous Púchovský and Marikovský marathon. Of course, there will also be no elevations to sightseeing places. Come and have a concert, a raffle and a disco.

PROPOSITIONS

The Competitor is aware that by signing it directly before the start of the race, he agrees that he is familiar with and agrees with the terms and conditions set forth in the sentences.

For the start of an athlete under 18 years of age, his / her legal representative is responsible. We require the written consent of the legal representative upon presentation.

Every participant starts at his / her own risk, including racing ready.

The organizer is not responsible for the damage to health and property incurred by the participants in connection with the competition. Each racer is responsible for himself.

Each racer must be equipped with a helmet that must be firmly attached to the head during the entire race.

Starting numbers are up to the end of the race with the organizer's assets, must not be damaged and edited, are bound to the application and are not transferable to another person.

The participant is responsible for the measuring chip, in case of loss or destruction, it is obligatory to pay the organizer a fee of EUR 10.

The race takes place behind full traffic and traffic.

Each participant is required to comply with road traffic regulations, police instructions, organizers and arbitrators.

Race routes lead through protected areas. Each participant is required to behave with respect to nature and its inhabitants. Take sticks of sticks and gels with you. In the area, rubbish must be poured into prepared bags and trash cans.

Only competitors who cross the track, including track checks with a chip, will be classified.

If the race could not be done because of "force majeure" (natural disaster, epidemic, ...), the start-up is not returned.

Both the participant and the legal representative, by their signature, acknowledge the responsibility of the competitor / participant in the race / for damage caused to the property or to health towards third parties and the damage to health and property caused by himself / herself!

Protests may be filed in writing as soon as they arrive at the target, but no later than 3:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the latest. In the race office.

Race winners / raffles must attend the transfer personally, otherwise they lose the right to the prize.

Every participant notes that during the race a photo service of the partner of the event will be on the track. In this context, the participant grants consent to send an email from the partner of the event referring to the photographs taken. This approval is valid for a maximum of 15 days after the end of the event.
