Saturday evening in an unusual traditional way - on village rakes!
In the past, the pre-Christmas period was characterized by various customs, among which were also village scavengers. You can remember them on November 25 from 17.00 in the Cultural and Social Room of the Municipal Office in Nedožery-Brezany.
The mysterious world of witches' nights in the village and a unique pre-Christmas atmosphere. In addition, testing the skills of winter housework, which our ancestors did by hand - shelling nuts, plucking feathers, spinning wool, tying soaps and pre-Christmas proverbs. Braňa Jakubisa dulcimer will play to the rhythm of the evening.
And you won't leave here hungry either. Traditional melenka soup, poplanúch or sweet home-made donuts will be served. The evening will end with a rich raffle.
