The artwork of Miloš Alexandr Bazovský, as one of the founders of modern Slovak painting, has already been presented many times at exhibitions and publications, but as a photographer he was still unknown. Bazov did not publish his pictures, except for photographic magnifications from them. However, a relatively large set of negatives are found in the SNG Art Archive, and this has become the basis for the exhibition. Bazovsky as photographer had the first independent exhibition on the grounds of the Slovak National Gallery from 17 November 2017 to 15 April 2018 and at the end of 2018 when we will commemorate the anniversary of the death and in January of the birth of the author, Trencin.
