The Trenčín Family Center invites all children to come and light up the streets of Trenčín accompanied by a lamium.
Lantern procession of St. Martin will take place on November 12 and all children are welcome. The tradition of the processions is inspired by the friendly gesture of St. Martin, who shared his cloak on the way with the poor, thus igniting the light of hope and love in him. The meeting is scheduled for 5 pm in front of the parish church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, where a short theatrical performance will take place. The lantern procession will be moved through the alleys to the Family Center on Farská Street, where a small agape will be prepared for everyone.
