Magnificent baroque theater in the courtyard of the Dubnické manor

The Dubnice Museum in Dubnice nad Váhom is preparing a unique project in which you will experience a true Baroque theater in the beautiful historical premises of the courtyard of the Dubnice Manor. At the same time, this is a premiere in Slovakia!

Two operas will be performed on the stage of the mobile baroque theater Florea Theatrum, which is far and wide unique, during one evening: KJ Loos: Opera bohemica de camino a caementariis luride aedificato (Czech opera about a poorly exposed stone chimney) and GB Pergolesi: La serva padrona (Maid's maid).

Musica Florea belongs to one of the best groups in the field of period interpretation in the Czech Republic, which includes baroque, classical and romantic music. The completion of the mobile theater Florea Theatrum, which premiered in 2014 in the Czech Republic, opened up possibilities for the realization of baroque operas in a period version not only in the musical component, but also in the field of the stage component (scene, gestures, dance, direction, costumes, make-up, etc.) .

The event is realized in cooperation with the Czech ensemble Musica Florea and soloists: Eva Kývalová, Jan Mikušek, Vincenc Ignác Novotný, Miloš Horák, Vojtěch Svoboda.
