Our aeroclub has almost 70 years of history , the first branch of the Slovak National Aeroclub was founded in the year 2000, 1948 at the Youth House in Dubnica nad Váhom. The first airport of the Dubnica nad Vahom Aeroclub was sloping, located under the Ostrý vrch between Dubnica nad Váhom and the village of Kolacin, where in March 1949 they built a wooden hangar.
