Recipe: Walnut strudel unleavened

Every weekend deserves a sweet spot after a hearty lunch and this nut strudel is perfect for a pleasant coffee or tea sitting at home, or the end of the main meal in a family circle.

Ingredients:

Semi-coarse flour 400 g, plain flour 200 g, milk 300 ml, oil, baking powder 1 pc, powdered sugar 100 g, eggs 2 pcs, salt 1/4 PL

Filling: ground walnuts 350 g, powdered sugar 100 g, cinnamon sugar 1 package, dried raisins 80 g.

Approach:

Mix all ingredients and mix for 20 min. Roll out the dough on a floured board. Mix the ingredients on the filling, add about 3 PL of hot water. Fill with filling, wrap the strudel, spread with beaten egg and bake in the oven.
