Swing Christmas with Fats Jazz Band

Experience the magical atmosphere of the upcoming Christmas in the rhythm of swing! Fats Jazz Band is going on a small tour of Slovakia with a program of the most beautiful winter and Christmas songs.

For this evening, he has prepared a special program consisting of American as well as Czech and Slovak Christmas and winter melodies, which of course sound exactly as they were recorded by the first jazz legends in the 1930s and 1940s. The orchestra can be proud of a rare collection of historical musical instruments from the 1930s and an authentic interpretation of period recordings.

Swing Christmas is a concert composed of Slovak, Czech and American Christmas and winter songs from the period of the 1920s to the 1940s, i.e. from the period of the first Czechoslovak Republic. Fats Jazz Band, led by Ladislav Fančovič, interprets the songs exactly as they were recorded by the swing bands of the time - on historical musical instruments and with authentic interpretation and expression
