The route starts in the town of Prievidza at the intersection with other green cycling routes no. 5317 and 5319. The streets of the city reach as far as the largest monument in the city and the fortified Marian Church. Further, the trail goes to the forest park behind the town and the trail goes down the forest path. On the good way, it continues through a slightly wavy terrain to Kanie Lakes, where it meets blue cycling route # 2308. From this site, the green route continues with a slow but steady climb to the ridge, where it ends at the Four Gallows. The yellow cycling trail no. 8421 towards Turiec in the Žilina Region.
