Conditions for selecting employees:  

A) Qualification requirements and requirements :

- 2nd level university education,

B) personal and moral preconditions:

- integrity,

- independence, conscientiousness, reliability,

- ability to work under pressure,

- communication skills, pleasant demeanor,

- adaptability and flexibility,

- managerial skills and personal prerequisites for the performance of the function,

C) selection criteria:

- 3 years of management experience,

- 5 years of experience in the field of tourism,

- knowledge of legislation in the field of tourism, Act on the Promotion of Tourism no. 91/2010 Coll., As amended,

- knowledge of the law on public procurement no. 343/2015 Coll., As amended,

- knowledge of the Labor Code no. 311/2001 Coll.,

- knowledge of English (level B2 at least), other languages an advantage,

- active work with PC and other commonly used communication technologies,

- driving license - group "B",

- professional structured curriculum vitae,

- proof of educational attainment,

- proof of language proficiency - an advantage,

Job description, powers and responsibilities:

- convening the General Meeting, preparing the documents for its deliberations and ensuring the implementation of its resolutions,

- issuing organizational and working rules,

- keeping a list of members of the regional organization,

- compilation and responsibility for the implementation of the annual plan of activities of the regional organization and ensuring the elaboration of the concept of tourism development for the territory of the Trenčín self-governing region,

- provision and responsibility for the elaboration of the draft budget of the regional organization and the annual report,

- ensuring the preparation and sending of the grant application,

- provision of information to members of the regional organization,

- management of the organisation's assets,

- presentation of the destination at international and domestic exhibitions and events,

- communication at press conferences presenting the activities of the organization and the region,

- management of the organization, responsibility for the activities of the organization and conceptual activities in support of the development of tourism in the region,

- communication with representatives of regional tourism organizations in the region, methodological, conceptual and professional guidance,

- submission of the results of the organization's activities and the annual report to the deputies of the self-governing regional council.

Start: May 2020

Salary - proposal: from EUR 1500 depending on the candidate's experience
