Recipe: Cheesecakes

Every family needs their favorite cheesecake recipe. Let yourself be seduced by those from Ilava, who have been proven housewives and for years, and always tasty.

Ingredients:

Butter 100 g, powdered sugar 100 g, salt 1/4 PL, lemon peel 1/2 PL, milk 200 ml, yeast 30 g, egg yolks 2 pcs, plain flour 500 g, egg yolks 2 pcs (for spreading), butter 100 g .

Cheese filling:

egg yolks 4 pcs, powdered sugar 100 g, vanilla sugar 1 pack, cottage cheese 310 g, mashed potatoes 150 g.

Approach:

Mix butter with powdered sugar well. Add a little salt, grated lemon zest and mix. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and add to the mixed butter. Next, add the yolks, flour and mix well to a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place. We divide the sourdough dough into two parts. We place one rolled-up part on a greased baking sheet, apply a cheese filling, establish a second rolled-up part and press the edges around. Mix the yolks with the butter, rub the prepared cake with them and put them in a heated oven to bake. Filling: mix the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar well. Add the crushed cottage cheese, boiled, peeled, crushed potatoes in the peel and mix well together.
