This fantastic mushroom-plum sauce is perfect for meat or other food. In this case, there are no limits to creativity. In addition to Nové Mesto nad Váhom, other regions of the Trenčín Region also know it.
Ingredients:
Dried mushrooms 50 g, lard 100 g, plain flour 150 g, cream 5 PL, prunes 100 g, plum jam 100 g.
Approach:
Boil the dried mushrooms. Make an ointment and flour from the ointment, which we pour into the cooked mushrooms, add cream and specially cooked prunes with water, in which they were cooked with a little plum jam. We cook everything well. You can serve the sauce with cooked smoked meat, for example.
