Have you ever eaten hrtánki? Center for Traditional Culture in Myjava invites you to a school to produce these traditional cereal pasta.
Preparation of the cereal pasta according to the traditional recipe (revival of the traditional Easter menu). The cereal pasta - the hrtánki visitors will be able to make their own handmade on the traditional tools. They find the secrets of the production processes and the history. Hrtánki are based on the traditions of pytler families and their origins date back to the period of boom and baggage craft. Since nothing has gone wrong in the past, female bagpipes used shorter shreds of papers to produce pasta that resembled a larynx. The cooked pasta was eaten in a turkey saucepter soup.
